The Ephrata School District uses FinalForms, an online forms and data management service for all EMS and EHS athletics, activities and clubs registration. Follow these steps to begin the registration process.

First Practice Information for Fall Sports

There will be a fall sports parent meeting on September 3rd at 5:00 p.m. in the Ephrata Middle School Main Gym.

First Practices:
Aug. 31st & Sept. 1st- (7:00a.m. - 8:30 a.m.)
NO Practice Sept. 2nd
Practices will be held after school starting Sept. 3rd.

Practice Location: EMS Practice Field (Please drop off and pick up in front of school)

First Practices:
Aug. 31st & Sept. 2nd - (8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.)
Practices will be held after school starting Sept. 3rd.

Practice Location: Ephrata Soccer/Softball Complex (Located across the Splash Zone parking lot from
EMS)

First Practices:
