Student Fees & Financial Assistance

Ensuring Access for all Ephrata Students

In accordance with the Washington State Parents’ Bill of Rights and state law (RCW 28A.325.050), the Ephrata School District provides an annual listing of student fees and charges, along with information about how economic hardship may be addressed. Our goal is to ensure every student has equitable access to the full range of educational and extracurricular opportunities.

🤝 Fee Waivers & Financial Assistance

Ephrata School District is committed to making education affordable and accessible to all. If your family is facing financial hardship, you may qualify for a fee waiver or reduction, especially if your student qualifies for the Free or Reduced-Price Meal Program.

✅ Waver documentation is provided to families during student orientations in August
